1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using numericallives.com (the "Site") or booking any service offered by Marina Mercado / Many Numerical Lives LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book our services.

2. Description of Services

Numerical Lives offers Numerical Psychology consultations, coaching, and energy work, including but not limited to Personal Consultations, Couples Consultations, Energy Sessions, and the Numerical Coaching Program (collectively, the "Services"). These Services are rooted in Vedic numerology (Sankhya Shastra) and may incorporate coaching, RTT hypnosis, Reiki, and other energy modalities.

3. Not Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice

Our Services are educational and personal-development tools and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice or treatment. Marina Mercado is not a licensed therapist, physician, psychiatrist, or attorney. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.

If you are currently working with a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical provider, our Services are intended to complement — not replace — that care. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, finances, legal matters, or major life changes.

4. Booking, Payment & Pricing

  • All Services must be booked and paid for in advance through our designated booking platform (Cal.com) and secure payment processor (Stripe).

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price in effect at the time of booking applies.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our Services, we do not offer refunds once a session has been booked and paid for.

  • Rescheduling requests should be made as far in advance as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability.

  • No-shows and late cancellations (within [24/48] hours of the scheduled session) may result in forfeiture of the session without a make-up option, at our discretion.

6. Liability Waiver & Informed Consent

Certain Services require you to review and sign a separate Liability Waiver & Informed Consent form prior to your session. Booking a session confirms that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to that waiver, and its terms are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

7. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in coaching, energy work, and related practices involves inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Many Numerical Lives LLC, Marina Mercado, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep the personal information you share during sessions confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm to yourself or others.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Numerical Lives brand, session materials, and reports (such as birthdate analyses) — is the property of Many Numerical Lives LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site and Services lawfully and respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate access for any user who engages in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent conduct.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services rely on third-party platforms (including Cal.com, Stripe, Google Meet, and Systeme.io) for scheduling, payment, video conferencing, and communications. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling by these third-party providers, which are governed by their own respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
